The SmartArx Power Supply is engineered to deliver stable, reliable power to SmartArx security systems under the demanding conditions experienced across Africa. Designed to charge a 7Ah 12V lead acid battery at up to 1.5A, the unit features built-in low battery protection and automatic startup upon mains restoration, ensuring zero manual intervention after a power outage or load shedding event. A dedicated mains signal output provides direct notification to the alarm panel, keeping the system informed of power status at all times. Built to withstand voltage surges, unstable utility supply, and extreme temperatures, the SmartArx Power Supply continuously monitors battery health and charging conditions. Should the battery fail or operate outside acceptable parameters, immediate warnings are issued via the SmartArx multi-communication platform, maximising system uptime across residential, commercial, and industrial installations.
